The Released Parties are not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, delayed, incomplete or incompatible Entries (all of which are void).
All Entries and entrants are subject to verification at any time and for any reason. PRIZES: There are four (4) prizes available to be won at the start of the Contest Period (the “Prizes”). There is one (1) Prize allocated to each Entry Period. The number of Prizes available to be won will decrease throughout the Contest as they are claimed in accordance with these Official Rules. Each Prize consists of a Visa Gift Card with an approximate retail value of $500.00 CAD. The Prizes must be accepted as awarded. The Prizes are non-transferable, cannot be substituted for another prize, cannot be sold, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Sponsor reserves the right (at its sole and absolute discretion) to substitute any prize for another prize of equal or greater value in the event the prize is unavailable or for any other reason whatsoever. All characteristics and features of the Prizes (except as otherwise explicitly stated above) are at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. Limit of one (1) Prize per person. Total approximate retail value of all prizing is $2,000.00 CAD.
- PRIZE WINNERS SELECTION:
On each of the draw dates listed in the following table (each, a “Draw Date”), one (1) entrant will be selected by random draw from among all Entries received during the corresponding Entry Period:

|2||Mar. 1, 2018|
|3||Mar. 8, 2018|
|4||Mar. 15, 2018|
The odds of winning a Prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received during the applicable Entry Period. HOWEVER, ALL POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY SPONSOR, WHOSE DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE CONTEST. A POTENTIAL WINNER OF A PRIZE IS NOT A CONFIRMED WINNER OF ANY PRIZE, UNLESS AND UNTIL SPONSOR HAS VERIFIED HIS/HER COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES AND THE POTENTIAL WINNER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED SUCH VERIFICATION IS COMPLETE.
- NOTIFICATION AND CONFIRMATION OF PRIZE WINNERS:
The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a minimum of 2 attempts to contact the potential winners (via the Social Platform the potential winner used to submit the selected Entry) within 5 business days of the applicable Draw Date. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within such time, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to a Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining applicable eligible Entries received (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such new potential winner.
BEFORE BEING DECLARED A CONFIRMED PRIZE WINNER, each potential Prize winner will be required to: (a) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid (which may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be administered online, by email or other electronic means, by telephone, or in the Sponsor’s form of declaration and release); and (b) sign and return within 5 business days of notification the Sponsor’s declaration and release form, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Official Rules; (ii) acknowledges acceptance of the Prize (as awarded); (iii) releases the Released Parties from any and all liability in connection with this Contest, his/her participation therein and/or the awarding and use/misuse of the Prize or any portion thereof; and (iv) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner or medium whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet.
Each entrant is solely responsible for ensuring his/her Social Platform account settings are set to be able to receive such notification messages, monitoring his/her Social Platform account for such notification messages and following all instructions contained in such notification messages, failing which, he/she may be disqualified (as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion).
If a potential Prize winner: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (b) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents within the specified time; (c) cannot accept (or is unwilling to accept) the applicable Prize (as awarded) for any reason; and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Official Rules (all as determined by Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to the applicable Prize) and the applicable Prize will not be awarded.
- GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Without limiting the generality of any other provision of these Official Rules, by entering the Contest, each participant agrees to indemnify, release and hold harmless the Released Parties from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, participation in this Contest, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of a Prize (if applicable) or participation in any Contest-related activity and/or claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery.

Subject to all applicable Canadian federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations, these Official Rules govern all aspects of the Contest and are binding on all participants.
If due to printing, production, online, internet, computer or other error of any kind, more Prizes are claimed than intended to be distributed or awarded according to these Official Rules, then, in addition to having the right to terminate the Contest immediately, subject only to the approval of the Régie in Quebec, Sponsor reserve the right, in its sole and absolute discretion (subject only to the approval of the Régie in Quebec), to rescind invalid prize claims, conduct a random draw from amongst all eligible prize claimants in order to award the correct number of Prizes.
