If you access your CRA My Account from a shared device, you may want to enable additional security features to protect your data. After you have logged into your CRA My Account, you will see a page titled CRA Login and Security Options. Under the Manage CRA Security Options heading, click on the Update Additional Security Feature Preference link.
The next screen allows you to select whether or not you’d like to be asked a security question each time you log in using this device. In order to make a change, you will have to re-enter your CRA My Account password and click Next to confirm the change.
If your password is entered correctly, your preferences will be updated. If your password is not entered correctly, no changes will be made.
