Yes. All corporations have to file a T2 return for every tax year, even if they have no income, business activity, or tax payable.
Corporations who have no income, tax payable, or are inactive, might need to file a nil return.
To file a nil return ($175) with TurboTax Business | Assisted, your business must not have made any money in the tax year. It must not have paid or received dividends. Also, you can only report a few types of expenses.

If you need to report income, other expenses, or use schedules that aren’t listed above, you are not considered to have a nil return, and will pay the regular price of $400.
Your business has 6 months after its fiscal year ends to file its tax return. If the deadline falls on a weekend or statutory holiday, you can file on the next business day without penalty.
If you miss your corporate tax return deadline, you may have to pay penalties. Late filing can add extra fees to the taxes you owe.

No. As a sole proprietor or partner, you report your business income and expenses on your personal T1 tax return. You aren’t required to file a separate business T2 return. You should use TurboTax Self-Employed to file your taxes.
