Revenu Quebec offers a secure online portal where you can access online services, request changes to social programs, set up direct deposit for benefits and much more. If you live in Quebec, you can simplify your relationship with Revenu Quebec by signing up for the My Account service.
The Revenu Quebec Website
To register for Quebec’s provincial version of the My Account online service, visit any page of the Revenu Quebec website and look for a blue MyAccount button. It will appear in the top right corner of the page.
Click this button. A drop down menu appears with options for citizens, businesses, professional representatives and partners. Click on Register in the category that you want to access.
Next, you will be directed to a page with the heading Register for My Account. Click the Access Service button.
Creating a clicSÉQUR Account
Once you click the Access Service button, if you have an account with clicSÉQUR, you can use your user code and password to sign into the service.
If you do not have a clicSÉQUR account, the site will automatically prompt you to create one.
To register for clicSÉQUR, you need your social insurance number, your date of birth and your notice of assessment number.
If you have lost your last notice, you cannot get this number over the phone. However, you can call Revenu Quebec and request to have one mailed to you.
Finalizing Your Registration
Once you have completed your registration for clicSÉQUR, you need to finalize your My Account online enrolment.
To do so, accept the conditions and fill out the fields requesting personal information. This information consists of simple details such as your contact information.
Using the My Account Online Service
Once you are enrolled, you can use the My Account online service anytime you have a question about your provincial tax return or need to make a change to your information with Revenu Quebec.
To use the service, sign in by selecting Log In on the Revenu Quebec website. Then, click access, enter your usercode and password, and take advantage of the many services offered on My Account.
Using this service, you can register for direct deposit. For example, if you receive the Work Premium, you can use My Account to have your advance payments sent directly to your bank account.
You can also use the service to pay your taxes owed. If you own a business and need to remit payroll or quarterly income tax, this can be especially useful.
