To view your login history, begin by signing into your CRA My Account.
- The following page features a link titled View Recent CRA Login History.
- Clicking on this link directs you to a page which displays the recent usage history of your user ID, allowing you to access information regarding specifics such as the day, month, year, and time of previous logins on your account.
It is prudent to review this information often.
If ever you find that a recorded session does not match your usage, click on the e-Services Helpdesk link to contact the CRA and report the discrepancy.
