If you are registered for the Canada Revenue Agency’s online mail service and need to change your email address, you can do so easily using the CRA My Account platform. To do so, log in to your CRA My Account, locate the Manage Online Mail link in the Quick Links section on the left side of the welcome page and click on it.
You will be taken to a page where the first link shown is Update Email Address. If you click on it, you will be shown the current email address in your file and you will be able to modify it directly online to ensure that you continue to receive the CRA’s communications.
